The SC 60 cuts the cheese wheels into any number of segments. Combined with scales weight-optimised cutting of the cheese is possible. Afterwards the entire cheese wheel is taken off manually from the discharge belt.

 

According to execution the SC 60 cuts segments from:

  • soft cheese loaves with an ultrasonic unit
  • semi-hard cheese loaves

The division is flexible:

  • desired number of portions
  • portions with optimised weight
